DNA Testing

Daytime television is unlike anything else out there. In fact, it is horrific. There are soap operas, court shows, and a plethora of talk shows. Each is worse than the one that came before it. Yet we watch and watch and watch. These shows have been around for years and don’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon.
The most unsettling shows in the daytime category have to be talk shows. It seems as though the producers of talk shows only have a handful of show topics that they recycle and regurgitate over and over again. The most overdone of these is the dna testing show.
How many times have you turned on your tv and seen some poor woman getting berated by an audience of strangers because she is there for some free dna testing? I have seen this show so many times it makes me sick. If a woman has no idea who her baby’s daddy is, thank god there is the Maury show out there to help her figure that mystery out. After all, dna testing can be very expensive and single moms may be the last group of people out there that could afford such a thing.
If I was being honest, I would have to say that as much as I am disgusted by the dna testing shows, I am equally enthralled and entertained. This is the human comedy/tragedy at its best. You have two people that once were close, if only for a night and now they cannot stand each other.
In other situations you have a father that just decided one day that he no longer wanted the responsibility and so he began to deny fathering his children. Either way, these situations are very sad. Yet we watch and watch and watch.
The ever-popular dna testing talk shows are hard to watch at times. There is a lot of pain, frustration, anxiety, and emotion involved. The bottom line is that in the midst of all this there is a child that needs to be taken care of. Whether or not the child’s parents are standup, responsible people the focus should be on the child. If someone is caught in a situation that requires dna testing, you can be sure that something somewhere went terribly wrong.
For some reason, we keep watching. Human tragedy at its finest, right? Are the people who produce the show the sick people here or is it the people who watch? I have to incriminate myself here and go with the second choice.

Utube Video has become one of the most popular ways to get your video clip online these days and with the help of camcorders that most houses have these days some very interesting video clips are showing up on sites like utube video clips on the other end of the scale we have smaller scale sites making the most of the action such as utube video camcorder also taking advantage of the u tube video keyword phrase although both sites have different intentions both sites full the need for other utube business such as utube.com which recently has been seeing over 2 million vistiors per month and the owner of the piping company has even gone as far as to sue youtube.com the original u tube video site because of unwanted traffic . WHY ? many would ask surely having an extra 2 million visitors to your website per month is a good thing ? right ? even if you are selling pipes it must be tempting to change to a site something like u tube video clips you never know google might turn around and see you as a threat and buy you out , they did pay around 1.6 billion for youtube.com so something has to be said for the video site craze. All i know is if it was me I would be sure to have my site advertise at least some sort of video product . Could easily kick up your feet and move to some island and relax your life away while you smiled away at your fortune .
Well thats my small rant for today

Adelaide Australia

Adelaide Australia

You meet a lot of people online, and these people are usually from different places all over the world. Once girl I met, but don’t know very well, was a regular on the same message board as I was. She was a nice girl, but she complained about her hometown. She was from Adelaide Australia, and she always said it had to be the most boring place in the world. According to her, there is nothing to do, and nothing exciting ever happened there. She made it sound like the place is a ghost town. She was always complaining, and this went on until she eventually disappeared. I assume she still lives in Adelaide Australia, but I hope by this point she has become more at ease with where she lives.

I want to visit Australia one day, but my choices of destination do not included Adelaide. It’s not because I don’t want to go there, it’s because I have friends in Sydney and Melbourne and want to visit them. Adding Adelaide Australia to my itinerary would just be too much. There is a television show filmed near there, and I would love to go see where the show is produced. Perhaps on a later date I will visit Adelaide Australia, but until that day, I will just look forward to the cities I will be visiting.

If you want to see the land down under, don’t forget to add cities like Adelaide Australia to your list of places to go. There is also Perth in the western part of the country that many people forget to visit. These cities aren’t as popular as Sydney, but they have just as much to offer. The show I mentioned, McLeod’s Daughters, was and is still filmed around Adelaide, and you can go see some of the town where the show takes place. If you love this show, this would be a great reason to visit Adelaide Australia.

You may get better deals on hotel or motel if you visit Adelaide Australia instead of the more common visitor sites like Sydney or Melbourne. They don’t have as many people coming in, so they can keep their prices lower. You could also make Adelaide part of a tour of the entire country if you really want to see it all. Look online for great travel deals to Australia and you may find that Adelaide is one of the favored options that pops up.

Water Weight Loss

I think it's important to understand the concept of water weight loss, as opposed to fat weight loss. As you may or may not already know; these are two different things completely. When you burn fat it's typically a good thing. This is what most of us strive to burn when we diet and exercise. However, water weight loss simply concerns the water in our bodies. We all need a certain amount at all times. That's why you always hear that we're made up of 70 percent water. That water is crucial for cellular function and hydration. Without it, our bodies would shrivel up and die. So, the last thing you want to do is focus on water weight loss when trying to shed pounds, instead of fat weight loss.
There are numerous pills on the market now days that encourage water weight loss. Why do you think this is? I will tell you why, if you don't already know. It is much quicker to pull water from our bodies than it is to burn away fat. In order to drop real weight one has to adopt a healthy and nutritious diet, and then combine it with a rigorous workout regime. Unfortunately many human beings are lazy. And all of you know who you are. Does the phrase "No pain, no gain" mean anything to you. So, what happens is some anxious individuals but miracle diet pills. Some of these pull oodles of water off of your body, hence creating the illusion that you've actually gotten thinner. However, all the excess body fat is still there. All you've really done is depleted your body of necessary water. This is the fluid your muscles, organs and brain require to function properly. Therefore, often extreme water weight loss is bad for you. It's time for people to step up to the plate. Stop whining about not wanting to work out. The rest of us do it and so can you.
Ah ha, please tell me that you weren't about to purchase those lame diet pills off that infomercial. That is certainly not a prudent choice. It's time to get active in a gym or fitness program. Heck, get a personal trainer if you have to. But whatever you do, don't resort to drastic water weight loss instead of burning away fat. You'll only be hurting yourself in the long run. Get on the web now and learn more regarding water weight loss and your body's health.

Immune Systems

Are you aware of why immune systems are important? It's kind of funny, but many people don't quite understand what their immune systems do. It's actually rather simple. They work to fight off bacteria and infections. Yep, it all starts with the immune system. That common cold you acquired last month was immediately acknowledged by your nifty immune system. The body works to battle it off as fast as it can. I think it's awesome how our bodies can recognize intruders and fight them so abruptly. The key is to keep your immune system strong and your body healthy. This way it will have the strength and capability to battle any intruders.
When it comes to human immune systems, there are several crucial factors we all must consider. First of all, you have to strengthen your immune system on a regular basis. This means eating right. A proper and nutritious diet is imperative for the immune system to work well and efficiently. If your body lacks the essential nutrients, then your immune system may fail you when you need it most. How about when you're exposed to that nasty and vicious flu virus. Don't you want your body to be able to block it with the utmost haste? Of course you do. None of us want to grapple with irksome illnesses. Once a year is plenty for me. Heck, I would prefer never. Now, the issue of healthy immune systems is raised in the discussion of many modern-day diseases. H.I.V. being the most familiar one. I think it's fairly safe to say that we all know what H.I.V. is by now. And if you don't, you at least know that it kills anyone who gets it. It's basically a sexually transmitted disease. This is the most common way it's spread in this day and age. The problem with this contemporary affliction is that it destroys our immune systems, hence leaving us vulnerable to anything and everything. Imagine what it would be like to have no defense against viruses and illness. And I am just talking about the common ones such as a cold. Your body would basically be rendered helpless.
Well, in addition to living smart and eating well, there are a few other things you can do to strengthen your immune system. A daily multivitamin is beneficial, as well as getting enough sleep. You should also avoid smoking and excessive drinking. Both of which have a negative effect on human immune systems.

Offshore Credit Card

It is only in recent times that the standard offshore investor has been allowed the convenience of a credit card. Previously, individuals with offshore bank accounts had to withdrawal money from their banks or have money wired back to them. The advent of the offshore credit card has taken care of this problem. Now offshore institutions offer Visa or MasterCard credit cards and can give their investors more flexibility and convenience. They provide all the features of a regular credit card and are accepted at many locations around the world. Features include: insurance, car rentals, cash replacements, long distance calling cards, and cash advances. Like traditional credit cards, an offshore credit card provides investors with a monthly statement and Internet access to their account. Likewise they also require minimum payment and can carry a balance forward to the next calendar month. However, there are still significant differences between an offshore credit card and a domestic card. Most legitimate offshore institutions offer secured cards, meaning they require investors to put down a security deposit along with their application. Because of this they do not require a credit check. To increase a credit line, investors would have to likewise increase their security deposit by dollar draft or money wiring. Because of this factor, an offshore credit card is not a traditional credit card. It is a line of credit secured with the investor’s own transferable money. Most companies, aware of the differences, refer to their product as an “offshore credit card with benefits of a Visa or MasterCard.” Why all the restrictions? It can’t help that offshore banks and institutions are usually associated with islands, foreign locations, and even illegal activity such as underground economy, organized crime, tax evasion and money laundering. Following September 11th 2001, much more regulation began to fall on international finance. Usually what is required when applying is a security deposit, a completed application form, a trust agreement with a personal security code, a notarized form of identification (usually a driver’s license with a current address), a passport, some form of address confirmation like a utility bill, and a reference letter from your bank, lawyer or accountant. These credit cards are not right for everyone. There is no usual type of person that is an offshore credit card holder. Traveling individuals, corporate entities, and people with special circumstances that require international financing, have all signed up for one. If international finance is a necessity in your business then an offshore credit card might be a good investment.

Bottled Drinking Water

Have you had your eight glasses of H2O for the day? Is that the current standard or what? It's so hard to keep up with these things. First the health professionals tell you one thing then they announce something new. Regardless, we all are quite aware of water's significance in our lives. The truth of the matter is, we need the stuff to survive. Now, as far as the whole 6-8 glasses a day routine goes, I guess that's up to you. One thing is for sure, you can purchase bottled drinking water virtually anywhere now days. The stuff's practically as popular as soft drinks. Just take a look around your work place or college campus. I'll bet you spot a number of water bottles. Do you purchase a lot of bottled drinking water? Does this ever bother you? I mean the fact that we pay anywhere from 1-2 bucks for a mere bottle of water. Shouldn't it be a quarter or something? I mean come on, it's just water. I get the stuff free at my house every day. Regardless of how much large companies want to charge for bottled drinking water, the fact is we buy it. And I mean we purchase oodles of this stuff. Anything from Evion, to Aquafina, to a dozen other random brand names. We pick up a bottle almost everywhere we go. Heck, I could have built a pyramid with all the bottled drinking water I spotted on my college campus. Hundreds of students were constantly walking around with this stuff. Now, all in all, this isn't a bad thing. It does beat the massive soft drink craze that went on forever. At least water is healthy. I actually read an article on how much we require on a regular basis. This "nutritionist professional" claimed that our bodies get plenty of water from a variety of sources. It's not just about the bottled drinking water. We acquire essential fluid from fruits, vegetables, juice, and even milk. Therefore it doesn't always have to go down as 100% water. In addition, your body having to urinate it a sign that you have too much water in your system. The body always takes what it needs before it discards the rest. What is your absolute favorite bottled drinking water? Is it that rare, expensive stuff from Japan or just the no-name brand at the local grocery store? In reality all bottled drinking water serves the same purpose. It hydrates our bodies and minds. So go ahead and drink it up.

Nutrition Information

Nutrition Information If you are like most health conscious adults, you notice nutrition information on your favorite foods, and make good choices based on recommended nutritional guidelines. A great site to visit that has reliable nutrition information is www.nutrition.gov, made available to consumers by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the National Agricultural Library. This site features discussion on all the latest nutrition news, in addition to answers to the most frequently asked questions about the latest dietary guidelines for all age groups. Nutrition information is included for everyone, including men, women, infants, children, adolescents, the elderly, and for women that are pregnant or breastfeeding. The revised Food Guide Pyramid is also discussed, and describes each food group, recommended number of daily servings, and how to get these foods into your diet. Getting proper nutrition through your diet does not have to be complicated. It is important to get nutrition information from reliable sources as discussed above, and to seek additional advice from a nutritionist or health care provider if needed. Multi-vitamins, herbs, and other supplements are not intended to take the place of eating a balanced diet; it is always better to get nutrients from the natural source rather than buy a manufactured version. When looking at food labels note how many servings are in the package, calories, fats, carbohydrates, fiber, protein, and nutrients, as well as the ingredients. Nutrition information is required by federal guidelines to be on every food label, so it is readily available to consumers to use in diet planning. Many of us are not aware of what is in some of our favorite foods; maybe we just don’t want to know! We all need to be health conscious about what we eat, and what we feed our families. There are many additives and food preparation processes that are not necessarily good for the food we are taking into our bodies therefore it isn’t good for us either. The Food Guide pyramid is full of basic nutrition information, and is a good place to start planning your diet and adjust according to your daily calorie requirements and your goal weight. If you want to lose weight then physical activity should be increased and food intake decreased, without jeopardizing nutrition of course. The key to living a long healthy life is to take care of your body, mind, and spirit. Eat right, exercise regularly, reduce your stress level, and make healthy choices. It really is as easy as it sounds. Just remember, you are what you eat!

Quitting Smoking

Quitting smoking now is probably the best thing you could ever do for yourself with respect to your health. And since your health pretty much will determine the quality of life you will have, it’s not a reach to say quitting smoking immediately is one of the best things you could do for yourself period. In other words, if you had a choice between a big promotion or a guaranteed way to quit smoking, it would be far wiser to choose quitting smoking. Unfortunately, there are of course no guarantees in quitting smoking but there are a lot of stop smoking programs to help. However, it isn’t a joke when people say that nicotine is the most addictive substance known to man; it is. With this in mind, its easy to see why even the best stop smoking programs have high failure rates. If you’re like me and you’ve ever been addicted to nicotine, you understand. If you’re reading this, I’m guessing that you are presently addicted and know what I’m talking about. You shouldn’t be discouraged by the statistics, however. Quitting smoking is definitely possible, and can be made a lot easier with the right stop smoking program and a positive mental attitude about it. Today the most effective commonly used stop smoking program involves the use of a prescription drug called Zyban. Zyban, which was originally intended as an anti-depressant, has been proven to lower nicotine cravings considerably, and has a significantly better success rate than traditional nicotine replacement therapies. For example, the studies I’ve seen show that people who used Zyban alone had a 30% success rate after a year, compared to 15% amongst those that just used nicotine replacement. Combining the two together in a stop smoking program improves these percentages even more. Without any kind of stop smoking program, the success rates after a year are only around 5%, so while the above percentages may seem low they are a huge improvement over the ‘cold turkey’ style. I personally didn’t use Zyban when I quit smoking, only because it wasn’t available then. I used the gum, and although I failed several times (three I think) I eventually got it right. You can expect failure if you want to quit smoking, but don’t let it get you down. You probably at least made some progress, and if you keep trying you’ll eventually get it. It isn’t a question of willpower or toughness, and there’s no reason to torture yourself with nicotine withdrawal if you are thinking about quitting; be smart and look into some stop smoking programs.

Migranie Treatments

Migraine Treatments If you suffer from migraine headaches you know how debilitating they can be. You have probably tried a number of migraine treatments with little or no relief as well, which makes you feel like banging your head against the wall. Why not, it couldn’t hurt any worse, right? You dread the moment you get the first sign, or aura, of a migraine coming on. You start to see spots, feel sensitive to light, smells, or sounds, and may feel dizzy or nauseated. You just want to find a dark room and tuck yourself into bed somewhere. Migraine sufferers are unable to function at work, school, or anywhere else for that matter. According to The National Migraine Association, also known as MAGNUM (www.migraines.org), reports that 36 million people in the United States suffer from migraine headaches. With improved recognition of symptoms and diagnosis by health care providers, a 60% increase in migraine sufferers has been noted over the past decade. Migraines are different in each individual and not everyone experiences the same symptoms, which is why some migraine treatments are more effective than others, making the process somewhat complicated. Migraine headaches are a neurological disease with biological causes that are often hereditary. Migraine treatments have improved immensely over the years, but are not effective for everyone, not to mention the side effects that some people experience. Migraine treatments are divided into separate group. There are preventive or prophylactic medications and alternative therapies for migraine treatment, and there are those that work to ward off symptoms once a migraine has ensued. Prescribed medications used in migraine treatment are beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, anti-depressants, and Depakote (an anti-seizure drug). Alternative prophylactic migraine treatments include feverfew leaf, butterbur root, vitamin B12, and magnesium supplementation. New research is also looking to the gut, which may be the origin of migraine headaches in some sufferers. If preventive therapy is not completely effective, prescription medications such as Imitrex, Maxalt, Zomig, Relpax, Midrin, and Migranal can be used which lessen the severity and duration of migraines by initiating cerebral vasoconstriction. If migraine treatment is sought in a physician’s office or emergency room, a narcotic injection can be administered, such as Stadol, Phenergan, or Vistril, which are non-vasoconstricting agents used in the event other treatments are contraindicated. These are all effective migraine treatments, but remember that not all will help every migraine sufferer. Other alternative treatments such acupuncture, biofeedback, and chiropractic manipulation have also proven to be effective migraine treatments in some patients. Avoiding certain migraine triggers is an important intervention that can be used by all “migrainuers”, such as avoiding certain foods and alcoholic beverages than have caused migraines in the past, and wearing sunglasses in bright sunlight. If you suffer from migraine headaches and you are not getting relief from your current migraine treatment regimen, then schedule a consultation with your health care provider. It is possible to get better relief and have fewer episodes, which will greatly improve your emotional outlook and quality of life.

Grocery Stores Online

Grocery stores online have got to be some of the finest uses of the Internet and public service arenas combined…ever. First, the busy mom or dad who spends hours working, commuting, tending to kids, preparing for work or events, and grooming, exercising, and etc. gets a waiver of time-reduction—as he/she doesn’t have to drive to the grocery store, ward off the crazy parking lot drivers, fuss with the overabundance of similar but taunting products, or stand in any line to be assisted by any surly checker. But grocery stores online appeal, especially, to those of us who cannot stand public interaction…save those that allow for minimal interaction or contact with the human race. Of many miserable accounts, here is one single incident—minor, but unnerving enough to justify shopping grocery stores online: I lived in the city for fifteen years. Ten of those years I lived in an in-law apartment across the street from a major supermarket chain store, one which I frequented about three times a week. The checkers were never all that sociable, but they were polite and efficient, and once I learned the standards, did things like bag my own groceries, and all, I was able to get in and out without eventfulness. One afternoon, however, I stood in a line for a checker I had never connected with before. I usually shopped very early in the morning and she was, I think, from another store branch. I had about six items in one of those carry baskets. I put the basket on the belt. I stood in front of her. She stopped, put her histrionic hand on hip, started chicken-necking, and ranted, “What? You aint gonna take those things out the basket for me??!!!” I was appalled. Here was this public service person, getting paid three times as much as I was at the time, lazily grunting at her customers, and screaming about items in a basket, which from what I recall were not only no different than the zillions of other items the hundreds of other checkers had had no problem removing and dinging over a scanner (or had usually insisted I leave in the basket, just as easy, they’d said)…but were items that when purchased would pay this psycho lazy bitch’s salary. Yeah, I will gladly use grocery stores online, now. More telling is how grocery stores online help those who don’t just dislike the nasty public but are actually phobic about it. I know a number of people for whom using the grocery store online would be taking the healthiest path of least resistance. In fact, the first time I learned of the dynamic of grocery stores online, I was living with a dear friend who was agoraphobic. She hated, dreaded, even feared going out, and as a freelance artist who had clients come to her and who used the Internet for almost everything, my friend found one of the first (I think) grocery stores online, a store and driver company that took orders online then delivered them within hours to the house. So grocery stores online are great for busy people. They are super for freelancers. And they are ideal for those of us who, for the most part, prefer to deal with the “human” element as little and less often as possible.

Downloadable Books

With the advances in technology you can now read books right off your computer screen. Many of these books are in the PDF file format. There are a lot of websites where you can find downloadable books. Some sites offer the books for free and some sites you can get them for a reasonable price. The great thing about downloadable books is they are generally less expensive than a printed copy and when you are finished with it they definitely take up less space. If you are looking for a classic novel by a famous author then chances are you will be able to find it on the net in a downloadable version. Many sites offer classic downloadable books. One nice option with some sites on the Internet is that sometimes you can pay a one time fee, whether it is yearly or monthly, where you have access to their database of downloadable books. This way you can download as many as you want and read them at your leisure. They are a great travel option. If you travel a lot and are on the road for your job then downloadable books are a nice thing to have. Instead of lugging around many books you can download as many as you want on a laptop and read them wherever you are. If you have an office job and want to spend a quiet lunch hour reading than these books can be an option. You can download the books from the computer at work and either save them on a key, disc, or CD and them read them at work whenever you would like. A convenient advantage to them is the fact that you can highlight, place bookmarks, and underline whatever you would like for future references. All of the marks you put on the book can be removed later which can not be said about print books. This can be good if you are using downloadable books for a research paper or work project. Considering that you download the book onto a computer if you like the book and want to give it to a friend or find a book useful for a coworker than all you have to do is send them an e-mail with an attachment of the books. This can be an inexpensive option if you love a book and want to share it with others. Along those lines you do need to remember that some sites frown upon the idea of sharing downloadable books in this fashion. After all, they way they make their money is through selling books, both the old-fashioned way and the new high tech way.

Alternative Fuel Sources

Alternative sources of fuel for cars may be too little too late, but they are certainly better than nothing. In many cities all across the nation, alternative fuel sources are becoming increasingly popular, as people begin to plan for what looks to be a bleak energy future. The importance of alternative fuel sources can not be overrated. We have reached the half way point for oil consumption, and from here on in, it will get more and more expensive to extract smaller and smaller amounts of oil, resulting in the end of fossil fuel use. The sooner we switch to alternative fuel sources, the better, but it seems that our economy is so completely dependent on gasoline that switching might not be enough to save us now. Solar is a really useful alternative fuel source which will always be available. Although solar power is not one of the alternative fuel sources for cars, it is a great source of power for houses. A few solar panels can provide all of the heating needed for the water tanks, and for the house as well. It is even possible for a house to become completely powered by alternative fuel sources, although this is still often an expensive option. Alternate fuel sources for cares are varied. Hybrid cars, although technically not using alternative fuel sources, have found ways to make gas consumption much more efficient. These vehicles can get 50 miles per gallon or more out of conventional fuel! This is, in my opinion, better than alternative fuel sources which involve the inefficient burning of vegetable oil. Biodeisel, and ethanol powered cars, while eliminating our dependence on oil through using alternative fuel sources, still pollute the environment with their smoke. Does it make sense to switch to an alternative fuel source which does every bit as much to pollute as the one which we were using before it? It sure does not make sense to me! Two of the most promising alternative fuel sources are electricity and hydrogen. These alternative fuel sources are actually closely related; hydrogen is a highly efficient way to store power which can be then converted into electricity in the car. This alleviates the need for huge, bulky, heavy batteries. The car can be lighter, which means that it can be more efficient and easier to maintain. If these alternative fuel sources are perfected, they might form the best solution to all of our fuel problems.

What Causes Acne

Have you ever wondered what causes acne? Well if you’re like me and suffer from acne outbreaks on a regular basis, I’m sure you’ve spend quite a lot of time wondering what causes acne, and even more time trying to get rid of it. What causes acne is one of those questions mankind has been trying to answer ever since the last ice age ended, and although we have some sound theories on the subject now we still have a ways to go.
Trying to determine what is causing your acne is definitely a good place to start. What causes acne is a hard question to answer definitively, as there seem to be a lot of possible causes. Most of the theories on what causes acne have focused on three different areas; skin cleanliness, diet, stress, hormones and genetics. The likely answer is that acne is caused by some combination of some or all of these components in most cases.
Because there are several different root sources behind what causes acne, everyone’s acne is probably somewhat unique. For instance, I think my own acne is mostly related to stress and genetics. I use several different acne skin care products and still get outbreaks, though if I don’t take good care of my skin I certainly get a lot more. My diet has never seemed to effect my acne in the least.
Having at least some idea of what causes acne for me, it’s a lot easier to avoid it. I know that if I take measures to lower stress I’ll have much fewer outbreaks. That’s why I’ve incorporated regular exercise and good sleep hygiene into my acne treatment regiment, and it seems to have worked quite well. There does seem to be a hormonal and genetic component to it as well, as some amount of acne occurs even during periods of low stress. Fortunately, its not so severe that I feel the need to pursue more vigorous treatment methods, and I’ve simply come to accept a small amount of acne as inevitable in my life.
If you are suffering from severe or even moderate acne, its probably worth a trip to a dermatologist. A good dermatologist can answer a lot of questions you have about what causes acne and how to get rid of it. There are also a number of good prescription creams and medications that can be used to stop acne. Be warned, however, these medications are not without side effects!

Smart
