Water Weight Loss

I think it's important to understand the concept of water weight loss, as opposed to fat weight loss. As you may or may not already know; these are two different things completely. When you burn fat it's typically a good thing. This is what most of us strive to burn when we diet and exercise. However, water weight loss simply concerns the water in our bodies. We all need a certain amount at all times. That's why you always hear that we're made up of 70 percent water. That water is crucial for cellular function and hydration. Without it, our bodies would shrivel up and die. So, the last thing you want to do is focus on water weight loss when trying to shed pounds, instead of fat weight loss.
There are numerous pills on the market now days that encourage water weight loss. Why do you think this is? I will tell you why, if you don't already know. It is much quicker to pull water from our bodies than it is to burn away fat. In order to drop real weight one has to adopt a healthy and nutritious diet, and then combine it with a rigorous workout regime. Unfortunately many human beings are lazy. And all of you know who you are. Does the phrase "No pain, no gain" mean anything to you. So, what happens is some anxious individuals but miracle diet pills. Some of these pull oodles of water off of your body, hence creating the illusion that you've actually gotten thinner. However, all the excess body fat is still there. All you've really done is depleted your body of necessary water. This is the fluid your muscles, organs and brain require to function properly. Therefore, often extreme water weight loss is bad for you. It's time for people to step up to the plate. Stop whining about not wanting to work out. The rest of us do it and so can you.
