Without it, our bodies would shrivel up and die. So, the last thing you want to do is focus on water weight loss when trying to shed pounds, instead of fat weight loss.
There are numerous pills on the market now days that encourage water weight loss. Why do you think this is? I will tell you why, if you don't already know. It is much quicker to pull water from our bodies than it is to burn away fat. In order to drop real weight one has to adopt a healthy and nutritious diet, and then combine it with a rigorous workout regime. Unfortunately many human beings are lazy.
